Our Team
Jennifer Morris, LMFT
Clinic Director
Jen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families find clarity, connection, and healing. As the Clinic Director of Pathfinder Wellness, she is passionate about building a space where therapy feels welcoming, empowering, and grounded in real-life transformation.
Known for her compassionate approach and strong clinical leadership, Jen blends heart and strategy to support both clients and clinicians alike. She believes in walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges—and helping them rediscover their own inner strength and purpose along the way.
Outside of work, Jen is usually running after her toddler, reflecting on how to make mental health care simpler and more human, or savoring a quiet moment with a good book and an iced coffee.
